Abstract: The goals of this policy is the sustainable management of Kenyaâ??s wildlife resources through effectively and equitably managed, ecologically representative and well connected systems of protected areas and other effective area-based conservation measures, and integrated into the wider landscapes and seascapes in order to provide for the social, economic, ecological, cultural and spiritual needs of present and future generations; contribute to the sustainable development of the country; and enhance the quality of human life.
