Abstract: Africa hosts a significant portion of the global refugee population,notably in Ethiopia,Kenya and Uganda. Despite prolonged stays in host countries,refugees often struggle to establish self-reliant livelihoods due to legal restrictions on work permits and travel,hampering economic empowerment.
