Abstract: Kenya Wildlife Conservancies Association is a landowner led national membership organization that serves the interests and collective voice of community and private conservancies. We work to create an enabling environment for conservancies to thrive by advocating for the right laws and incentives and supporting them through sharing information and building capacity. We believe conservancies go far beyond just wildlife conservation and instead have the potential to improve livelihoods,unite communities,promote wildlife and community co-existence,strengthen local democracy and preserve cultures and traditions.
