The report links gender inequality to food system vulnerability and climate shocks, advocating for gender justice in adaptation planning. Case studies from South Sudan and Malawi demonstrate inclusive governance and resource access as transformative levers. Structural drivers such as conflict, economic instability, and climate stress are dissected, culminating in reforms focused on gender equity, governance, and financing for food resilience.
