Abstract: This report details how climate impacts compound risks for 90+ million forcibly displaced people living in vulnerable regions. Case studies from Kenya (Kakuma, Dadaab), South Sudan, Somalia, and Colombia highlight recurrent displacement, exclusion from climate finance, and lack of adaptation access. Analysis shows fragile countries receive only $2.10 per person in adaptation support. It recommends anticipatory resilience, refugee inclusion in climate policy, and equitable adaptation funding. The report?s four pillars?Invest, Include, Protect, Accelerate?guide humanitarian-climate convergence. Interviews and modeling support cross-sectoral integration of displacement data in national climate strategies.
